Very spacious, modern and neat. A lot of fridge space, and closet space. You also have a laundry machine in the room, they’ll provide detergent for €1. The location is very central.

Facilities and cleaning services, so nice staff and good customers services, everything you want was there. Really nice customers services Thanks Celiac and Felipe. Just for first entranc remember, check in is 24hr, not until 12am. Remember taxi come to main street, near square, others have stairs which not good for luggage. Check it with google. Check my pic and put end point there, not on hotel , can make confusion for driver l.

We booked a deluxe apartment. The pictures on the website definitely make it look more up to date than it is. There are signs of wear and tear around. The pictures were probably taken when it was first renovated. Despite that we had a nice, spacious apartment to stay in for a few days. There were enough beds for 4 people which was good (a double bed in bedroom and sofa beds). You could get the lift if on the upper floors. Check in was smooth and easy using the kiosk machine. The location is very good. It is very central so you are walking distance to many places. We didn't use the kitchen facilities much but if you wanted to cook there seemed to be the things there that you would need. It was nice to have some tea bags made available. We all felt we would stay there again.

The apartment and the amenities are very good. It was a comfortable stay and good value for money. We had a problem with the fridge and a serviceman was sent within an hour. Staff were good as well. Very close to Rossio Square and other places to shop, eat and visit.

We could ask to clean our room any day, and when returned the beds were made, the bathroom was clean and the garbage was gone. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough storage space. There were enough kitchen dishes and utensils to cook simple meals and a refrigerator with a freezer. On the first day, there were packages of chamomile tea, packets of individual jams, sugar, and salt were available. An apartment has a very good and quiet climate control that you can set to the desired temperature.
